Make rasterix available on conda-forge

I’d like to package rasterix for conda-forge, as I need it for this PR: xpublish-community/xpublish-edr#103

Are you OK with adding it to conda-forge?
Any known issues with dependencies (e.g. rasterio stack) I should be aware of?

I can help with this

The usual flow would be:

• generate a conda-forge-compatible recipe from the PyPI release (e.g. with grayskull pypi rasterix --strict-conda-forge),
• drop that recipe into a new rasterix folder under recipes/ in a fork of conda-forge/staged-recipes,
• open a PR there and iterate with the conda-forge reviewers until CI is green.

If you like, I can open the staged-recipes PR and add you as a maintainer in the recipe.
