The /collections and /published functionality seems to only return, not surprisingly given the name, actually published versions of, e.g., USCODE. The site available from the House, e.g. this chapter, allows access to code provisions that are in effect but not in the last published codex. These are accessed by, among other things, edition=prelim.
The data are there on the web site but not apparently available via the Govinfo API. Is there a way to access "prelim" versions of collections via the API?
Thanks!
