merge utilities.py into either sim_gLV.py, sim_gMLV.py or base_simulate.py

So there is a utilities.py script under the utilities directory that is used to compare parameters and plot diagrams for all the sim_gLV and sim_gMLV classes. This is not in accordance with the rest of the package's structure. We have to merge these methods into either sim_gLV.py, sim_gMLV.py or base_simulate.py
