Configuring environment variables requires administrator access

Hi,

Not so much an issue as feedback. Many organisations don't give users administrator access to their PCs. Possibly using configuration files to manage variables could present a lower barrier of entry to the learning path. Ideally, these tutorials and the TwilioQuest should be 100% able to run without local administrator access being required.

Hi,

It's really annoying not having administrator when developping, but you should be able to simply add the variables on the lines 9-11 of the app.js files if you can't create env vars.
