Where to get cmdline.h?

Where to get that cmdline.h, #included in file tribble/find-superstring/find_superstring.hh? I see it's in your .gitignore, but it doesn't seem to be generated when I try to build, so my build ends up in an error message:

find_superstring.hh:23:10: fatal error: cmdline.h: No such file or directory
 #include "cmdline.h" // For enum_source_format

It is generated automatically by gengetopt. The Makefile has an error, though, it should have main.cc : cmdline.c instead of main.o: cmdline.c. I’ll try to check it tomorrow. Meanwhile, make cmdline.c should help.

sudo apt-get install gengetopt
cd tribble/find-superstring/
make cmdline.c
cd ../..
make -j4 BUILD_STYLE=release

seems to solve this issue. Perhaps also mention gengetopt in build requirements.
