- Added SameNetSegmentMergeSolver as a new pipeline phase after traceCleanupSolver and before the second netLabelPlacementSolver run - The solver merges collinear same-net trace segments that are close together to reduce visual clutter - Downstream solvers now use the merged traces - Added verification test for pipeline integration and basic merge logic Closes /claim tscircuit#29
