ImportError: cannot import name 'create_app' from 'website'

Cannot for the love of God figure out what I did wrong here.
First few minutes following the video and I'm completely stuck :)
Can anyone help this coding n00b?

Kind of figured it out myself. Although I don't understand it.
Once I just ran my init.py file on its own, a single time, the main.py worked...
