Just purchased Supermemory Pro and the entire platform seems to be down for me

Experiencing:

• console.supermemory.ai — loads spinner then goes blank after ~1 minute (tried Chrome and Edge, on edge i'm getting a ray id from cloudflare - Ray ID from Cloudflare error: 9d81eda3a909659f (2026-03-06 14:08 UTC))
• api.supermemory.ai — Cloudflare Error 1101 "Worker threw exception" when trying to generate a new API key
• Dashboard shows 0 documents, 0 memories, 0 searches despite the Claude Code plugin supposedly saving
  memories
• The Claude Code plugin itself has an auth bug — sends Authorization: Bearer but the API needs x-api-key
  header, so nothing was ever actually saved

Is anyone else seeing this right now? Is the service just down? Has anyone gotten the Pro tier + Claude Code
plugin working end-to-end?

Experiencing the same issues — Pro account, Google OAuth + Magic Link both return 401.

Symptoms:

console.supermemory.ai — Google OAuth callback returns {"error":"Unauthorized"}
Magic Link login also returns 401
Toast notification: "Failed to sign in with google"
Google account shows supermemory in third-party apps (connection exists)
API status:

API key (sm_...) still authenticates against api.supermemory.ai (returns 400 on bad params, not 401)
But search/add endpoints may be failing with Cloudflare Worker exceptions as described above
Environment:

Pro tier, signed up via Google (@gmail.com)
Using the Python SDK (supermemory v3.24.0) with Authorization: Bearer header
Windows 11, Chrome
Confirming this appears to be a platform-wide issue, not account-specific. The auth bug mentioned (Bearer vs x-api-key) is concerning — would appreciate clarification on which header the API actually expects going forward.
