I apologize for reaching out through an issue, but I wasn't able to find another way to contact you. I saw you on LinkedIn that you're on the GitHub Support team.
My account @yusifaliyevpro has been suspended for 1 month now, and I haven't received any response to my support tickets. I believe the suspension was triggered by a bug in GitHub's Education re-verification pipeline rather than any ToS violation. I'm not the only one affected: there are active community threads with many others in the same situation:

I am Full Stack Engineer at Azerbaijan GitHub Community and this community's database was in my Supabase account which only login option was GitHub (passwordless login), and I can't login to my GitHub account. Our Database credentials and also GITHUB_OAUTH_SECRET token got exposed in latest Vercel Env breach. I have also important open-source repos. Our workflows in Azerbaijan GitHub Community is broken because of my account suspension.
I have attached a photo of email I got a few minutes before my account suspended. But if there is anything in my account that violates ToS, I am ready to delete or change anything that violates. But I think the cause of suspension is this GitHub Education re-verification request.
If it is possible can you please review my ticket? I have actually several tickets. I would be very happy and thankful if you reviewed this request.
Please prioritize first ticket and ignore other two tickets.
