Describe the feature request
Make UI webjar have all needed assets, and don't download anything

Motivation
I'm using springwolf 1.x in a corporate network, that prohibits downloading even a google materials font, so UI looks broken for local development, could you please consider bundling needed resources with UI?

Thank you for the request. We do not support further changes to Springwolf 1, but do intent to package it for the upcoming Springwolf 2 release line

The change is staged for release and will be part of the next release.

If you want to try and verify it in your application today,
use the latest 2.X.0-SNAPSHOT build as described in our README.md > Testing SNAPSHOT version
