Add breaking change to 4.0 migration guide: GraalVM not supported for annotated commands #1260

Spring Shell 4.0 brings lots of new features and improved APIs, thanks so much for that!
I upgraded my CLIs to Spring Shell 4.0 but in the end I realised that support for GraalVM is not provided anymore when using the annotation model for commands, so I had to roll back. It would be great if this breaking change could be included in the release notes/migration guide, useful for people to decide whether they can upgrade or not.
I saw there's a note in the docs (and an issue to address this feature), but it would be beneficial to highlight that in the migration guide.
I'm not sure if the wiki content is tracked in Git. If it is, I'm available to open a PR for this.
