[Bug] cannot build on windows

I'm trying to integrate zoekt into gitea, but I've discovered that zoekt cannot build on Windows.
The main issue is undefined: unix.Umask, which breaks the Windows build. I've noticed that zoekt may no longer support Windows. Is there a way to include zoekt via go.mod without actually building it on Windows, and instead notify users that zoekt functionality is disabled on Windows platforms?

Yes, I also noticed this PR, but it seems the original author hasn't responded to it yet.

I need to review this change and make sure if it actually makes sense to support, but this is some minimal effort of adding windows support back. I don't have a windows machine to test on, can you try it out? #941
