cli: add new information to `display`

im not going to further overburden #107, but after it lands, some nice things to add to the spl-single-pool display --verbose:

• excess lamports in main stake account
• stake and lamports in onramp
• whether the onramp exists

without --verbose maybe a little one-line indication of whether calling replenish-pool would be beneficial. perhaps add onramp stake to total in non-verbose (with some indication this is a total; we dont use onramp stake as part of deposit/withdraw token calculations just like we dont use loose lamports)

this would be a good time to remove ProgramClient, i was going to do it during sdk removal but its not a priority for anything

redo value display holistically after #581 lands since we are redefining the value of value itself. normal display: total active stake, total non-rent non-stake lamports. or a warning to call replenish if needed to reactivate pool per #543. verbose display: pool stake, onramp stake, onramp status, pool lamps, onramp lamps. also make sure we handle #582 right
