[RFC] Slot containing the currently resolved function

[iwoplaza]

Note

This doesn't work when called on the CPU, but most of the usecases for this require GPU type introspection anyway

const localStore = tgpu.lazy(() => {
  std.getCurrentlyResolvedFunction();

  const store = {};

  return {
    set(key: string, value: unknown) {
      store[key] = value;
    },
    get(key: string) {
      return store[key];
    },
  };
});

function foo() {
  'use gpu';
  localStore.$.get('hello');
}
