[Bug]: The top panel remains black when I minimize maximized windows

What happened?

If I Have a maximized browser and then I minimized, the top panel remains black like the windows is still there

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a window maximized like a browser
2. Minimize it

Expected behavior

The top panel should recognize that there isn't a window anymore so it should become transparent again
