Manage Queue are not enabled, if one item is in queue

In file **script-module-youtube-dl-options_dialog.xml** this statment: **IntegerGreaterThan(Window(10000).property(XBMCJsonRAFifoQueue_download.queue.size),0)**
seems not to work
