When using the Openshift Console Plugin to start a PipelienRun using an existing Pipeline, there is no way for a user in the UI to configure the ComputeResources or PodTemplate of the PLR before it is started. There should be some dialogue, yaml editor, or another mechanism for a user to set values like these, as some pipelines will not work with the defaults.
