[BUG] 2v2 getting pulled into random games despite clan tag

Describe the bug
Multiple players are experiencing a bug where after a game or two they are no longer being matched by clan tag. I can confirm at least 3 instances of this, including clan mates being in the same game but opposite teams

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Share clan tags with a friend
2. Queue up together
3. you will not always be pulled into the same game and team

Expected behavior
To consistently be put into the same team.
