Allow renaming of `App Tokens`

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. Yes, first time I create a token, I may not know I actually need 4-5, thus I gave it a bad name
2. After I create the 2nd token, I can't rename the 1st without going through a whole bunch of unnecessary overheads (delete, re-create, update the app)

Let us rename a token after it is created

Additional context

I don't think users will confuse themselves with the new token names, if that was the case, filesystems should not have the rename functionality
