feat: add Nuvio Plugin Support

Separating #2 into a different issue.

It would be nice if the framework could be used to write Nuvio providers.

For those unaware, Nuvio allows you to use self-contained singular javascript files that can be executed by the local device (primarily using QuickJS) without needing to host or proxy it on a server (severely reducing the barrier to entry for using providers), as well as support instances where the server hosting the framework is a free instance, and might easily terminate if they notice too many requests being proxied out of it.

Okay so I read myself through the whole thing and it should be possible.

However since TS to JS to async/await free JS is not an overnight thing to do.... To get nuvio plugin support to the OMSS framework will definitely take some time.
Expected resolution time: mid August 2026 (might take longer, and this is not P0.... although I know it would be kinda cool).

I already have a working version that compiles the provider into a single script (and unraveling the proxy URL from the source and subtitles), I can contribute it back into a public fork in due course, in case it's something that's useful - but that's not the main focus of this PR.

Feel free to share the file/s and/or open a PR.
But like stated above, it might take some time for the whole thing to go through.

Also I noted that there is no SSOT to the whole JSON spec so it's gonna be a little hard to follow the "spec" if there isn't really one..... or i just couldn't find it rn.

and to fix this I'll probably build a js bundler that converts the OMSS framework providers into compatible js... "should not be an issue" (famous last words)

The changes discussed here and addressed in OMSS v1.1 will be implemented here. This repo will be archived.
