Support for Expo 57, its already Live release

I know the Expo team made a huge jump in the past 3 months; therefore
Is there a possibility to migrate from 54 to 57 soon
a lot of features were released, and performance has been added between 54, 55, 56, and 57

I tried the migration on a minimal project, and it all worked

But on the Obyte repo, everything breaks
For example, some packages that are used on Obyte 54, like react-navigation, are not supported in 56 & 57; they use Expo-Router
And there are many more;

The whole app needs a heavy adjustment

I'm working on it, but I can't get far with a codebase that wasn't made by me, & I'm a react native beginner still in the learning process.

56 and 57 are likely the same config, not that huge a difference
