Documentation: Mobile anchor links—dropdown missing

Second this. It's not possible to see the drop down content, as nothing happens when we touch them (apart from the visual indicator). Tested on iOS 6, both latest Safari Mobile and Chrome. I didn't not investigate though (hard to do in mobile)
