A option for h.264 software encoder in the plugin options.

Motivation / use case

Some systems don't support gpu video encoding, so a option for h264 software encoder could make the screen recorder plugin usable there.

Proposed solution

I haven't looked into the code, but probably as simple as the option and passing that. gpu screen recorder has this option.

Most of the time its an issue of vaapi drivers that haven't been installed (especially on intel), since on intel you need to install intel generation specific vaapi driver to make it work properly. But for the hardware that really doesn't support gpu encoding there is the option -fallback-cpu-encoding yes which makes it automatically use cpu encoding if gpu encoding isn't available, or use -encoder cpu to force cpu encoding.

Yeah, my hardware doesn't have GPU encoding, that's why I created this issue, for people who don't have GPU encoding, it's not a bad configuration, my GPU (RX 6400) just doesn't support it. It's a option in GPU screen recorder, so I don't see why it shouldn't be a option in the plugin.
