editing prompts can cause bad performance with large file tree #37

First up, I want to say your tool is really cool! I use it a lot in my work.

But recently, I've hit a small bump. When I edit prompts on the GPT-Runner web page with a large codebase, my CPU usage goes up a lot, and I start to notice a delay when I type. It's kind of annoying.

I looked into it a bit more and noticed that every time I change the prompt input, the whole page rerenders. I think this could be causing the problem.

I thought I'd let you know about this. Hope you can find a way to fix it.
