Feature Request: Allow dice with 0

I have games where the D10 ranges from 0-9. Of course it works this way already with using the 10 as 0 but real word d10 also have 0-9

If you ever come around to this, could you add the option also for 2-sided dice? (0-1 as an alternative to 1-2).

How about adding a slider on the "Add new dice" window that would set if the n-sided dice is numbered [0,n-1] or [1,n]? Not sure how to word it properly, though. Start from 0? And default value can either be off (so it starts from 1), OR you can set the default for 2 and 10 sided dices to true, so they do start with 0?
