Date Published and Date Updated are broken since the last website update. #5248

Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi), Firefox
Describe the bug
Date Published and Date Updated are broken since the last website update. How broken? I don't know, maybe it's just the filter, or more. Tried going incognito, 2 browsers and 2 devices.

Go to these links and see that the last mods updated are updates from a few years ago and the last mod published is from 2 days ago.
Expected behavior
For Date Updated to show the most recently updated mods and for Date Published to show the most recently published mods.
