Patch to work with bootstrap 5.

Firstly, thanks for your work on this project! 🙂

Today I used patch-package to patch bootstrap-toggle@2.2.2 for the project I'm working on.

Unchecked items were not correctly colored and the little button to change the state was not visible, using bootstrap 5.3.8.

Here is the diff that solved my problem:

This plugin has no longer maintenance, however you can use this fork that works with bootstrap 5 : https://github.com/palcarazm/bootstrap5-toggle
