I'm sure this is known, but it's really confusing that the repository used in the hands on lab is located here:

https://github.com/microsoft/MCW-Cloud-native-applications

Is there a way to merge these back together or archive one of these repos?

I think it would be best to stick to the repository mentioned above, since it's under active development.
