Webpage does not define abbreviation miRNA

Following standard practise in scientific writing, in the opening paragraph of https://mirtop.github.io/ please list the abbreviation in full at first usage:

The main goal of this project is to create a reflection group on metazoan miRNAs, open to all interested researchers, to identify blockages and develop standards and guidelines to improve miRNA research, resources and communication.

I'm guessing you mean micro RNAs as in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MicroRNA but I do not think this is clear enough.

Also there is a typo later on,

What is the biological relevance of moRNAs? How to detect and annotate them?

Cross reference issue #2 about expanding the project to cover other things like small ncRNA.

Thanks, I have clarified those terms in the main page. This is very helpful.

We have in mind to expand to other small RNAs, but started with miRNAs to get an idea of how the group will work and hopefully this will happen in the near future.
