GPS not always on #1752
Description
In some devices like the RAK Tag, the GPS uses a lot of power. Normally you can run Meshcore about 72 hours on a Tag, with gps on this is about 36 hours or so.
It would be great to have a third option besides just on / off and that would be periodically.
With that the Tag (or other devices like repeaters) could sync position and time every hour or so, when GPS has a solid fix and then shut it off again.
Is that something for consideration?
