validating providers via `optimade.org/providers-dashboard`

Currently the app makes all OPTIMADE providers selectable, unless some basic metadata is missing. Many providers, however, are still not working correctly for the app. One potential way to improve this, is to disable providers based on the validation data at https://www.optimade.org/providers-dashboard/index.html.
