Converter not opening

Hi Marek,
Firstly, great lib. Thank you for all your hard work.
Second, I'm not having any problem with the lib itself just the converters in Tools and possibly the issue is just localised to my pc which is a Dell workstation WIN10 that's working fine. I am a very experience computer user and I'm just 'stumped' by my inability to open these files.
What's happening: I download the '.exe' file then open as administrator, all I see on my display monitor is the feint blur of the 'window' opening momentarily and immediately closing.
I tried a few things like using 'compatibility settings', turning off virus and firewall etc...
Hoping you can help or make some suggestions. Thanks.
