Is this package published publicly to npm?

I don't think this package is currently published to npm with --access=public:

This is an issue for node-pre-gyp which depends on it (transitively through @mapbox/eslint-config-mapbox) mapbox/node-pre-gyp#930.

If possible could this package be made public?
