HTTP error 404

I get this message when i modify the tensorflow 0.10.0 version url to 0.8.0 version. Is this link unavaible now?
HTTP error 404 while getting https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/mac/cpu/tensorflow-0.8.0-py2-none-any.whl.
