Add infra level experiments (GCP and Azure) into e2e pipeline #308

Description
- Add all infra experiments that are for GCP and Azure platforms into the e2e pipeline for the automated test.
- The pipeline should contain all the possible test cases for the given experiments.
- We can have a common pipeline for cloud bases experiments. Currently, we can AWS experiment only in the pipeline.
