After reviewing the code, the model download URL was found to be incorrect

The current Docker project cannot run normally. The model download link is invalid and returns a 404 error. Please help resolve this issue.

Read your error messages rather than just getting AI to do it for you. There's nothing wrong with the code, the exception you're getting is OSError: Network Is Unreachable and not a 404.

The URL that is used is a 307 redirect which handles files being relocated in the branch and this can be trivially demonstrated with curl.
