chore(deps): 升级 Hexo 7→8.1.2 / Redefine 2.7→2.9 / marked 6→7.0.1

- hexo 8.1.2、hexo-theme-redefine 2.9.0、hexo-renderer-marked 7.0.1、searchdb 1.5.0
- 删除 yarn.lock，统一用 npm（与 CI 的 npm install 一致）
- 本地验证：clean build 无 error，标题锚点/TOC/搜索/sitemap 正常
