Deployments can´t access other deployments that belong to other users in the same team

Describe the bug
We tried connecting keycloak to our postgres-deployment and frontend and it did not work. One user in our team had ownership of thepostgres-db-deployment and one user had ownership of the keycloak-deployment. When we transfered the ownership of the keycloak-deployment to the user with the postgres-db we finally got everything with keycloak to work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
be 2 users in a team
one user creates a postgres-deployment
one user creates a keycloak-deployment
try to connect keycloak to the postgres-deployment
if it does´nt work, transfer ownership of the keycloak or the postgres-deployment to the other user

Expected behavior
Keycloak should be able to connect to the postgres-deployment if users in the same team share deployments.
