Ability to craft new CBOR easily

current method is too error-prone. offer dom-manipulation commands to cn-cbor, and hold in this project if Carsten doesn't want them.

I think all that is needed at this point is tests that create every kind of cbor, adding whatever small numbers of APIs are still required.
