Print proofing - in testing.md? tools.md?  #98

Description

@davelab6

Amazingly to me, some new generation type designers don't know that print proofing is at the heart of many pro type designers workflows - and then assume their inkjet printer can suffice. Yet I don't currently have a printer at home myself, so this blindspot is not so surprising.

So I think it will be good to emphasize the importance of print proofing, starting with a recommendation for laser printer hardware to acquire. https://typedrawers.com/discussion/314/printer-recommendations-for-proofing has some tips I remember.

This may be in 2 places, testing.md for the final QA, and in tools.md for the basic setup and pointers to guides to proofing generally, like links to https://pnowell.com/font-proofer-design and https://github.com/aoifemooney/google-type-proofs and so on.
