Since you have identified that the error is mostly because of frequency capping, can we close this? @radhikaT4D

its not entirely cause of that. a certain % is due to message undelivered. yes we can close this ticket.
Though, I would like oncall to keep a tab on message errors on a daily basis, do we have a way to do that on appsignal?

We currently don't have a way to monitor that in AppSignal, but the on call can keep an eye on this and update in the weekly monitoring doc @radhikaT4D
