Hi @LunaticMuch — nothing is broken with your install; the commands are there, they're just not surfaced the way you're expecting in Copilot CLI. 👍 The default Copilot integration (the "legacy markdown" mode the warning mentions) installs Spec Kit as custom agents, not slash commands:

Hi all...not sure what's going on but I have installed it today and I am running into some troubles. The copilot commands are missing. The setup ended correctly albeit it showed a warning. When I am in copilot cli inside the project I cannot find any specify command.
