REQ: Support for Elektron Tonverk

Tonverk is Elektron's first sampler with multisample capabilities, yet there is no comprehensive tool to support the conversion/creation of multisample instruments for Tonverk. As ConvertWithMoss is a mature tool covering many samplers, I feel that Tonverk support would be a valuable addition.
