Create a (documentation) website #9
Description
To improve our presence on the web, it would be great to at least have a landing page that isn't hosted on github.com.
For this, I secured getsops.io which I will transfer to the Linux Foundation. But we need an actual website as well, which could be paired with #7 (comment).
In addition, the length README.md of https://github.com/mozilla/sops is excessive. Which means this could be a good chance to actually move this documentation to a proper docs.getsops.io kind of thing.
