Bug: subscription tab strangely unreliable

Reproduction steps

0.Search a channel click subscribe YouTube extension
1.Refresh list of new videos Inside subscriptions tab
2.List of videos changes in between each time you refresh subscriptions tab
3.Unsubscribing and subscribing after clicking on the channel page fix the issue temporarily at least for a few days or weeks
4.The issue comes back maybe after updating YouTube extension and subscription tab looks inconsistent again

Actual result

Videos from subscribed creator, sometimes they don't show up inside the subscription tab, refreshing the tab shows inconsistent list of videos, (not sure if the same issue occurs with twitch, but I noticed the same thing happened for twitch stream vods)

Expected result

Subscription tab should show a list of recently released videos from subscribed creators consistently

I wanna reiterate that the issue mostly happens when if you click subscribe after searching for a specific channel from the search results, but if you click on the channel and then subscribe or unsub and then sub again the issue is fixed for a little while
