Allow upload of a csv file or smth with whatever kåren has in their systems. (STIL-id?)
Automatically check unverified members against the list regularly and make them members if it matches. (on user registration/updating user info?)
For GDPR-reasons we probably want to allow uploading and deleting different lists, or at least wiping the database and removing entries easily.
Will probably mostly be used during the introduction but will save someone a lot of work.
