Case-sensitivity in docs/reference (Logseries.html and logseries.html)

Hi Michael,

When cloning the repository (onto my Mac), Logseries.html appeared as a modified file. It seems that this may be because Git is case-sensitive and MacOS is not, so MacOS treats Logseries.html and logseries.html as the same file.

Just thought I would flag this to prevent possible issues in the future.

Thanks for noticing this. Yes its a case issue. The file at one time was R/Logseries.R, then changed to lc.
Haven't figured out how to make this go away.

Also, I have a pkgdown GitHub action set up, as an experiment. I'm finding that after I push some changes, I have to pull again before the next push, b/c GH builds the documentation in docs/ and that can cause conflicts
