Taiwan flag is not working #280

Hello,
I have the latest docker image running. All is working well, aside from the Taiwan flag is not properly being displayed. I can see the flag itself exists locally at /flags-tiny/Taiwan.png but it does not show up on the web interface.
Additionally, the "Country of registration" is listed as "ICAO (special use)" instead of Taiwan.
This isn't an issue on any of the ADS-B sites themselves (such as FR24), just something locally that happens within my docker.
Any insight on what is going on here?
