New Command: find

A command that looks up a displays the info about a given module name, it will have options to search keywords (may need to be added to the database), search name, search version and will allow autocompelte of the names and will display most related to the top, showing at most 10 results and allowing a page to be picked as an option. This will act like a mod portal for the cli.
