Proposed changes

Already in DurHack application

• contact details (email, phone number)
• names

Changes to DurHack application

• add 'travel' section
• "where will you be travelling from?"
  • options: 'durham', 'elsewhere in the UK', 'abroad', 'prefer not to say'
  • warn about travel reimbursement eligibility if choosing pnts
• if 'elsewhere in the UK', prompt user to select a UK city as their travel origin

• Travel receipt (file upload, allow multiple files, annotate each file with a transport mode)
• checkbox: did you utilize DurHack's provided coaches on your journey?
• URL textentry: link to Devpost project

User selects:

• UK Bank Transfer (to a UK bank or building society account)
• International Bank Transfer (to a non UK bank account)
• None of the above work for me

UK bank transfer -> prompt for

• payee name
• acct number
• sort code
• optional building society roll number

International bank transfer -> prompt for

• payee name
• payee address
• does your account have an IBAN (International Bank Account Number)?
  • "My bank account has an IBAN"
  • "My bank account does not have an IBAN"
• IBAN number -> prompt for iban number
• No IBAN number -> prompt for account number and national clearing code (aka 'routing number', 'federal wire number')
• bank's SWIFT/BIC code
• bank's name
• bank's address

'None of the above' -> prompt "we'll contact you to arrange payment"
